Pastor Nick Ford started teaching at Livingston Christian in 2022 when he and his wife Tara enrolled their kids and became part of the LCS family. Nick has served in ministry in local churches here in Michigan and in Arizona as a youth pastor, associate pastor, and lead pastor over the last twenty-five years. Nick and his wife grew up in southeastern Michigan, lived in Phoenix, AZ for twenty years, then moved back to Michigan in 2022 to plant a church. Nick received his B.A. in Youth Ministry and Music from William Tyndale College. In 2019 he earned a Master’s in Theological Studies from Gateway Seminary. Nick and Tara have 6 children. As a family, they enjoy playing games and going on road trips. Pastor Ford teaches 10th grade Bible and serves as our Director of Spiritual Development.
His favorite Bible verse is Galations 1:10, “For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.” (ESV)
