David DelCorvo brings 35 years of culinary experience to the LCS lunch and high school culinary arts programs. He brings expertise in fine dining, world cuisine, upscale catering, and corporate dining. Chef DelCorvo was classically trained by five Master Chefs in Schoolcraft College’s culinary arts program. David runs the culinary arts program as a workplace environment, providing the students with a boss-employee relationship. Students work in class to provide top notch food for school lunches. His love for food and Christ are pivotal to the success of both programs.
