Theodore Nast, LCS Administrator, began his teaching career in public schools where he taught upper elementary grades.
For a period of time he left formal education to work as the general manager of a plastics automotive sub-supplier and then in an entrepreneurial role with his brothers during which time they owned franchise rights for automotive repair facilities and large equipment leasing providers. During those years he taught franchisees and employees as well as GED students at GMC.
In 1994 he returned to the formal education arena, working at Southfield Christian School and then in 2001 he joined Livingston Christian Schools as its administrator.
In addition, he spent five years as an adjunct instructor at Cornerstone University and in 2004 aligned with Concordia University as an adjunct professor where he continues to teach both online and face-to-face Masters level classes in school leadership.
Mr. Nast earned his Bachelors degree from Wayne State University and his Masters in Teaching degree as well as his Education Specialist in Administration degree from Oakland University.
He and his wife currently attend a Brighton church. He gave his life to Christ at age ten while attending Highland Park Baptist Church. His goal as administrator is to collaboratively mold a group of Christian teachers and support staff into a living witness to God’s presence in their lives while providing a learning environment that challenges and encourages every student.
