Livingston Christian Schools was established to provide parents the opportunity to give their children quality education from a Christian perspective. A school makes a life-long impression upon a student and establishes the basic framework, along with his or her home and church, for developing the student’s philosophy of life, standard of values, and lifestyle. Teamwork in business is learned through teamwork in school. LCS is preparing students for college and beyond—to be productive, innovative, and responsible members of society.
Livingston Christian Schools (LCS) is a non-denominational school. It’s student body represents over 30 area churches. LCS not only teaches children traditional curriculum (math, reading, science, history), but helps guide them onto “the road to success” by providing important life lessons too. These focus on character building, decision-making, team participation, leadership, and sportsmanship. LCS fosters the individuality each student brings while teaching them the importance of diversity and acceptance of others. Through its sports and after-school programs LCS helps each student develop the physical as well as the mental.
The Community Partner Program is aimed at business and community leaders of Livingston County who believe in supporting Christian education. It’s a program for businesses that believe that the future is dependent not just on faster and more efficient technology but also on employees and families that have been taught a code of conduct that respects all people and places a high value on personal and work ethics. Your annual pledge will help fund areas of the school such as text books, athletics, scholarships, library, and technology.
